How It Works

You fill out the Traveler Questionnaire, which will give us both an idea where to start. If you're not ready to fill out the questionnaire, contact us first with your inquiry.

Once we receive your form, we will contact you to schedule a free discovery session. We will learn more about your preferences and interests, and you can ask us any questions.

If you decide to work with us, within two weeks we’ll send you the first draft of your Personalized Travel Plan.

After you review the Plan, we will schedule up to three followup calls. We’ll work together to refine the details, address any concerns or changes, and ensure that every part of the trip aligns with your needs and desires.

Within two weeks (often sooner) we will provide you your final Plan and itinerary.

Your personalized Travel Plan includes:

Best options for flights (two options)

Overall trip itinerary, including recommendations on how many days to stay in each place and how to get from place to place.

Recommended accommodations in each location (at least two options)

Recommended activities, restaurants, and things to do in each place/each day with samply daily itineraries. We provide recommendations rather than a confirmed daily itinerary of activities. This allows for some flexibility to go with the flow based on how you feel each day, while allowing for the moments of serendipity that make travel magical.

Culture, customs and language tips
Not included:
As a travel planning consultant and not a travel agent, we do not book airline flights, accommodations, or activities for you. Instead, we’ll provide recommendations for you to book directly. The only payment you make to me is the planning fee.
Pricing
We work on a flat planning fee basis. We do not receive commission from hotels or airlines. This means that we will find the places that work for your needs, not ours. This includes finding you deals that will save you money in the long run.

Trip planning fee: $500-$1,200 depending on the length of travel time and complexity.
